Why Hatch?

What You’ll Be Doing
As a People Development Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our learning and development programs—ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and with impact. You’ll collaborate with global and regional teams to bring learning experiences to life, from logistics to learner engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with colleagues in Learning, HR, and the business to bring training programs to life—ensuring every detail is aligned and every session runs smoothly.
Own the Calendar
- Take charge of scheduling and coordinating courses—whether it’s booking venues, setting up virtual sessions, or making sure the coffee’s hot and the tech is working.
Line Up the Experts
- Find and schedule the right facilitators—both internal champions and external pros—to deliver engaging, high-impact learning.
Keep Us on Track
- Track attendance, update training records, and ensure our systems reflect the latest learning activity.
Be the Learning Liaison
- Send out invites, manage registrations, and keep our training calendars up to date—making it easy for employees to engage with learning.

What You Bring
You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment—organized, detail-oriented, and flexible when things shift. Or in the wise words of Ross from Friends: “Pivot!”. While experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Education is helpful, what matters most is your ability to coordinate, communicate, and contribute to a team with purpose.
You're comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office and SharePoint), and you’re comfortable with working with different tools and systems like SAP or SuccessFactors. If you’re a self-proclaimed Whiz at Excel that would be a bonus.
Most importantly, you bring a growth mindset, take initiative, and genuinely care about helping others.
