  • Contribute to project procedures and continuous improvement across design activities

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years’ engineering experience, including 5+ years in rail or transit
  • Strong understanding of core electrical engineering concepts, with expertise in areas such as power engineering, communications, control systems, motor theory or circuit design

  • Strong planning, delivery and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships
  • Leadership capability and a commitment to high-quality, safe engineering practice
  • Chartered Engineer status (CPEng or NER) is advantageous—or you are eligible and willing to work towards it
  • Experience managing engineering projects, budgets or multidisciplinary teams is beneficial
  • Exposure to engineering services sales or business development is an added advantage

Why join us?

  • Work with great people to make a difference
  • Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions
