We’re hipages, Australia’s #1 digital platform connecting households with trusted tradies. As an ASX-listed tech company, we're on a mission to transform the trade industry and improve lives.

With teams across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Vietnam, we work as one team with a shared purpose.

We’re proud to be a certified Great Place to Work and WORK180’s #1 Employer for Women. At hipages, you’ll find real impact, career growth and a workplace where everyone belongs.

About the role:

This role leads the delivery of hipages Group’s new products and features’ sales enablement programs that delight our customers. We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar sales enablement role and proven success in delivering winning strategies for inside and face-to-face sales teams.

Why join our Sales team?

  • In-house Talent Development team to prioritise personal and career growth
  • Competitive salary, benefits and perks that have you save on everyday spent
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Fast-paced environment

How you will add value:

  • Develop, execute and embed sales assets and customer-facing collateral (training packs), case studies and pitch decks to support sales conversations and growth.
  • Partner with the Marketing team on the roll out of new branding initiatives across all sales channels
  • Act as the lead point of coordination to ensure all successful parts of the Sales Enablement plan are delivered, including sales process & enablement, product rates and quality, customer-centric outcomes and key performance reporting on new offerings and existing products.
  • Measure and report on OKRs for projects/initiatives and conduct relevant post-implementation reviews to establish effectiveness in collaboration with leadership teams
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop the sales enablement strategy, for example a sales narrative to effectively communicate the value proposition to the sales channels, and ensure relevant marketing activity is delivered.
  • Develop, manage and validate our ideal customer profiles, the competitive landscape and our unique value proposition to guide hipages sales strategy
  • Take ownership for leading the hipages sales enablement strategy:
    • New product offerings: work closely with cross-functional stakeholders as the sales lead to develop and implement strategies and materials to test, then scale new offerings to market
    • Existing product suite: work with sales leadership and other stakeholders to assess, execute and optimise existing sales enablement program
  • Manage, develop and validate our ideal customer profiles, the competitive landscape and our unique value proposition to guide hipages' sales strategy

About you:

  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement / go-to-market program delivery, ideally within a similar technology business
  • Demonstrated experience in formulating effective sales enablement strategies, plans and programs for inside sales and face-to-face channels
  • Strong customer-focus coupled with a track record of translating customer needs into successful sales programs and message
  • Exceptional content development skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Strategic and operational business planning skills

Life at hipages:

We’re more than just a workplace. We’re a place where you can be yourself, do great work and grow your career. Recognised as a Great Place to Work, our inclusive, supportive culture helps people thrive.

You’ll use the best tools and tech, with real impact on our products and customers. We invest in your development and lead with coaching, not micromanagement – it’s why 85% of our team say their leader is great.

And there’s more:

  • Diverse, collaborative teams that love solving problems
  • Agile squads, hackathons, off-sites and roadshows
  • Extra leave for birthdays, volunteering, and more
  • Healthy snacks, continental breakfast and fresh fruit
  • Sydney CBD office near Town Hall and Gadigal Stations
  • Tailored growth support, mentoring and stretch projects
  • A vibrant social scene - we work hard and have fun doing it

We prioritise Diversity:

At hipages, innovation and collaboration thrive in diverse and inclusive teams. We don’t expect you to know everything - we care more about who you are as a person, a team member, and a leader.

We’re proud to be endorsed by WORK180 for supporting women’s careers and we value diversity across culture, age, gender identity and sexual orientation.

Research shows that men often apply when they meet just 60% of the criteria, while women and minority groups wait until they tick every box. If you think you’d be a great fit - even if you don’t meet every requirement- we’d love to hear from you.

We’re also a Circle Back Initiative Employer, which means we commit to responding to every applicant.
