In this challenging role your focus will on product enhancement to improve the experience of our customers. With the experience to hit the ground running, you will be involved in requirements gathering, followed by solution selection and design, utilising an Agile delivery approach to build out the solution, in a nutshell - Requirements Management, Design, Change and Implementation Management.
To achieve this, you will enjoy working closely with a collaborative team with an open and transparent communication style, being adaptable with the ability to pick up concepts quickly, while using data to inform decision making, leveraging your experience in agile project management, CRM implementation and digital servicing.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Applying your improvement mindset to identify and define less obvious issues or problems.
- Participating in problem solving brainstorming meetings.
- Bringing structure and order to undefined problems and/or large scale problems, making them easier to address and solve.
- Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Acting as an expert across multiple projects or programmes simultaneously, guiding the teams on their requirements gathering, design, change or implementation approach.
- Conducting one off business research and analysis tasks related to programme or project scope from time to time.
- Managing projects ensuring timelines are met; completed according to compliance & regulatory standards and delivered within budget.
