Why this is an exciting opportunity
The HUB24 Group Graduate Program for FY27 is now open for applications!
You will join a team of graduates, where you will have the opportunity to develop key skills, explore various business units, and receive ongoing support throughout the program.
Our talented FY27 graduates will be assigned four 6-month rotations which align with our strategic growth priorities across the HUB24 Group. Rotations could include Group Technology, Product Strategy & Development, Innovation & Solutions and Operations functions.
The 2-year program will conclude with the intent that our graduates move into permanent positions within the HUB24 group.

Experience & Skills
What you'll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus on business, data or technology (must be completed by the end of 2026)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
- Be able to innovate, problem solve and a willingness to learn
- Passionate about emerging technologies and keen to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment
- Must possess full Australian working rights
