As a Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You’ll be responsible for designing, managing, and executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business and technical requirements — helping us deliver high-quality solutions our users can trust.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for user acceptance and system testing.Apply best practices and methodologies in software testing across agile delivery cycles.Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to ensure testing is integrated into the development process.Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple systems.Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis to support defect resolution.Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.Maintain detailed test documentation, including test matrices and traceability.Leverage basic SQL skills to validate data and perform back-end testing.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and report defects.Prioritise tasks and manage testing timelines in a fast-paced environment.Build strong relationships across technical and business teams.Bring general knowledge of financial markets and platforms to inform testing scope.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a testing and/or change environmentStrong understanding of software testing best practices and methodologiesProven experience writing test matrices, test cases, and UAT scriptsHands-on experience with manual testing and regression testingFamiliarity with basic SQL for querying and validationDemonstrated ability to identify and manage defects through to resolutionExperience working in Agile teams, with understanding of Agile ceremonies and planningEffective stakeholder communication, including reporting test outcomes and risksStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsGeneral knowledge of financial markets and/or financial platformsExperience facilitating or contributing to testing workshopsExcellent organisation and time management under pressureStrong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team collaboration and trust building
