Job Summary:
As a Training and Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for servicing existing and newly onboarded clients, addressing their training and development needs, and providing support across all levels of their business.While the primary relationship sits with the HUB24 Business Development Manager, you’ll work collaboratively to strengthen partnerships with principals, advisers, and support staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the training and development of HUB24 clients
Promote the products, features and benefits of the HUB24 solution to existing advisers to assist in the growth of the HUB24 business
Collaborate, build and refine training programs with other TRM’s to ensure best practice behaviours and methods are delivered to the broadest range of advisers who work with HUB24
Work with other teams within the business to ensure consistent and high quality training material and programs are delivered
Be jointly accountable for the state and regional budget and work with the BDM’s and State Manager to grow new sales and strengthen relationships with clients
Proactively monitor and accelerate business through the sales pipeline
