Job Summary:
As the Head of Product – myhub, you will shape and drive the product vision for the entire myhub ecosystem. You’ll steer the strategic roadmap, champion innovation, and ensure seamless alignment with HUB24’s broader Product Leadership, frameworks, and group‑wide product strategy.In this role, you’ll lead and mentor the Product Manager for myprosperity, fostering a high‑performing, customer‑led product culture. Working closely with our clients, you’ll uncover opportunities to create intuitive, impactful solutions that make their lives easier and continue to set us apart in the market.

Responsibilities:
Product Vision, Customer Experience & Roadmap
Own the product vision and roadmap, delivering customer‑centric experiences aligned to Group strategy.
- Partner with Marketing on product positioning and compelling value propositions.
- Ensure strategy is clearly communicated, data‑informed, and supported by market insights.
- Lead product planning, budgeting, and prioritisation to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Drive innovation by exploring and testing new opportunities with internal and external partners.
- Maintain competitor and industry analysis to inform strategy and identify growth areas.
- Represent the business as a key voice for technology and innovation in industry forums.
Product Delivery
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle delivery with cross‑functional teams.
- Oversee release management, rationalisation, and modernisation of products to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Manage scope, quality, budget, and delivery outcomes for stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and communicate portfolio risks and dependencies.
- Deliver high‑quality sales enablement materials and demo environments.
Commercial Focus
Lead commercialisation and go‑to‑market success in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Influence executive alignment to achieve strategic objectives.
- Build data‑driven business cases and identify new market opportunities.
- Prioritise based on measurable value and balance trade‑offs across the product portfolio.
- Implement analytics and reporting to track performance and progress.
- Manage strategic partnerships with external delivery partners, including software development firms, overseeing SoWs, timelines, escalations, and commercial agreements.
Staff Leadership & Development
Coach and grow high‑performing team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Enhance efficiency and visibility through effective processes and tools (e.g., Productboard, Pendo, AI technologies).
Requirements:
- Industry and domain knowledge across finance, advice planning, accounting, or wealth management
- 10 years+ experience in or servicing the wealth management industry
- Tertiary qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with a software development environment or B2B SaaS (software as a service)
- Experience in product management and working with teams through a product strategy - research, ideation, prototyping, testing and execution.
- Strong experience in customer centred design and innovation
- Experience in communicating product vision to the executive level
- Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
