Job Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll partner with Product, Technology and Operations to translate complex business and technical requirements into high‑quality portfolio accounting, reporting and analysis solutions. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll play a key role in shaping product outcomes, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering value for advisers and clients.Responsibilities:
Partner with Product and Technology to gather, define and translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with developers, testers and architects to ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered as intended
Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and delivery within an Agile environment
Investigate and resolve issues raised by Operations and Client Support teams
Validate solutions through UAT and production verification, ensuring data accuracy and quality
Provide production support as required, including incident troubleshooting
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in analysis, documentation and solution design
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services, fintech or a related industry
Strong domain knowledge across investment portfolios, reporting, calculations and platform-based solutions
Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe or similar)
Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, practical solutions
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills
Comfortable working with AI tools and interested in applying AI to improve analysis and delivery
Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities
Collaborative, proactive and aligned with HUB24’s values and ways of working
