This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving intricate problems, influencing outcomes, and operating at the intersection of product, operations, and delivery within financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery and analysis to define clear business and operational requirements

  • Own and deliver high‑quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that guide solution design and delivery

  • Translate solution and architectural designs into practical, implementable outcomes

  • Partner with stakeholders to shape problem statements, evaluate options, and guide trade‑offs

  • Document Individual HIN requirements across account lifecycle, trading, settlement, custody, and reporting

  • Support operational readiness, including workflows, controls, and post‑implementation ownership

  • Contribute to migration and transition activities, analysing current‑state versus future‑state operating models

  • Collaborate closely with technology and operations teams to ensure solutions are scalable and supportable

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Consultant or Senior Business Analyst within financial services or complex platform environments

  • Strong track record of producing BRDs that guide solution design and delivery

  • Demonstrated experience supporting operational change and/or migration programs

  • Solid understanding of Individual HIN structures and their business, customer, and operational impacts

  • Experience across custody, trading, settlement, and cash processes

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to move between strategic intent and detailed execution

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail

  • Pragmatic, outcome‑focused, and comfortable operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
