As the successful candidate you will:
- Provide sustainability services to external clients and the internal team of colleagues.
- Working with the broader team to deliver the ESD services within timeframes, cost, and quality.
- Deliver sustainable design solutions to our clients.
- Prepare sustainability management plans, energy audits, ratings and reports.
- Support the delivery of sustainability rating assessments, including BESS, Green Star and NABERS.
- Work in collaboration with multi discipline teams to deliver sustainability and environmental outcomes on projects, including Sustainable Management Plans and Section J reports.
- Support the delivery of the daylight and energy simulation modelling and reports.
- Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Have a minimum of 3+ years demonstrable experience in engineering consultancy.
- Be a Green Star Accredited Professional.
- NatHERS accredited assessor (preferred).
- A high degree of familiarity with the Green Star Buildings tool and recent experience in preparing GBCA project submissions
- Familiarity with NCC Section J & NABERS Assessments.
- An inquisitive mindset that is always looking for ways to be innovative in problem-solving.
- Energy & Daylight modelling experience.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills allowing you to juggle a range of interesting projects at any one time.
- Excellent client communication and liaison skills and an ability to convey information accurately.
