Start your Iress adventure

From the world’s most iconic financial services brands to start-ups, our software helps businesses perform better every day.

Our employee benefits are some of the best in the industry, supporting our people at every life stage. Our people work smarter, happier, and healthier with long weekends, flexible ways of working, and connected team culture.

We think it's pretty amazing, and are sure you will too. If you want to build the future of financial technology, we’d love to hear from you.

The Iress 2025 strategy: what we're doing and why it matters

At Iress, our mission is to make it easy for people to love financial services. We do this by building the best technology for the industry to perform better every day.

How we work

Our approach to flexible working helps our people manage their work-life balance making Iress an attractive place to work no matter what part of the world they are in. Its one of the reasons we’ve been named one of Glassdoor's best places to work in 2020.

We support flexible working and offer employee benefits designed to support our people at every stage of life. They are some of the best in the industry. Like our policy to offer a fully paid, starting school leave entitlement to support working parents when their children start primary school - we are one of only a few companies to do so. It means all Iress parents who have a child starting primary school can take up to eight and a half additional days off work at full pay during their child’s first school term.

We also offer six paid days a year to extend your weekend, and a range of health, wellbeing  and community benefits. We rewards our top 25% of performers with an equity grant that is 20% of their base salary, and provide our people with profit share when we meet our annual profit targets

Helping our people manage the life juggle

Hear directly from two of our people - Kelly in the UK and Roy in Australia - about the difference our leading paid parental leave benefits have made to them and their families.

Causes we care about

Iress supports charities and organisations in the communities in which we operate. As a financial technology company, Iress recognises that we can make a significant positive impact by focussing our efforts on Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work (SDG 8), Partnerships on the Goals (SDG 17).

We actively encourage volunteering, all full-time, part-time and fixed term contractors (except casual contractors) are entitled to 3 days per calendar year to support an organisation of their choosing.

Some examples of our long term community partnerships include Talent Beyond Boundaries - supporting skilled refugees in finding pathways to great jobs and new lives, Two Good Co - supporting women escaping domestic violence, the Healing World creche in South Africa, and many more globally.

In 2021, we donated $231k to charitable causes including employee giving, volunteered 615 hours of service and supported 36 organisations globally.

Being your best

As a global business, we recognise and celebrate our diversity; it's a strength that makes us inclusive and cohesive. Having an understanding of different cultures and attitudes, underpinned by our shared values, allows us to embrace different perspectives that increase our ability to listen, learn, create and innovate.

We have key business priorities that focus on diversity and inclusion. We expect all our people to understand the importance of these priorities and, where possible, contribute to their achievement. All people (and all our new starters) have undertaken inclusion training and all people leaders are expected to recognise and challenge unconscious bias.

Our enhanced leave policies, flexible working practices, engagement with local STEM programmes, recruitment and selection processes, and graduate programmes all support and encourage diversity.

A great perk of working at Iress is the primary school starters leave. Those lovely extra 8 days we can use for our little ones starting prep/foundation, which are so helpful as the first term is mixed with half days, later starts, earlier finishes and staggered pick ups.
