Our Core Commitments
We create an environment where every individual can thrive through four key commitments:
- A Focus on What Matters Most – Simplifying complexity to deliver customer-driven solutions.
- Empowered Entrepreneurship – A decentralized culture that trusts you to think and act like a business owner.
- Opportunities to Ignite Your Full Potential – Career development, learning, and mobility to help you grow.
- Purpose Beyond Products – Making a positive impact on communities and the environment.

Support That Matters
ITW Construction Asia Pacific provides all employees with support that matters.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
ITW have four Employee Resource Groups that are founded and led by our employees and provide spaces for connection, learning and belonging.
- IWN (ITW Women’s Network)
- YPN (Young Professionals Network)
- MCN (Multicultural Network)
- Pride (LGBTQIA+ Network)
Mental Health First Aiders
ITW currently have over 50 trained Mental Health First Aiders who are equipped with the skills to listen, connect and offer support when it matters most. They play a vital role in reducing stigma and promoting pathways to support those experiencing mental health problems in our workplace.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Life can be complicated. ITW partners with Telus Health to provide all employees and their families with private and confidential support for any work, health and life issues or concerns – 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. It is a short-term counselling and support service which is goal-orientated, dealing with one issue as at time.
Purpose & Sustainability
Our Purpose Program encourages employees to create connections with the wider community, enabling improved welfare and education for young people. We partner with The Smith Family in Australia, The Graeme Dingle Foundation in New Zealand and Virlanie in the Philippines to help bring this to life.
All employees have access to 3 paid Community Service Leave days per year, recognising, encouraging and supporting involvement in community service activities.
ITWCAP is driven by the clear purpose of minimising our environmental impact, and growing sustainability in everything we do. We recognise the importance of having a robust sustainability and environmental strategy to align with our Global targets and have established the employee-led Sustainability and Environmental Action Team (SEAT) to support our business on this journey.
Career Pathways & Learning
Our approach to learning is deeply tied to one of our business model pillars, Decentalized, Entrepreneurial Culture. We’re all empowered to think and act like owners, which means we drive our own learning journey and development, in an environment that supports growth through continuous learning.
ITW supports internal movements and promotions, seeing many employees move through new functions and divisions in non-traditional career paths.
Flexibility That Works for You
Flexibility allows our people to live a balanced life. At ITW, it’s available to everyone, everywhere, every day. Employees across all functions explore how flexibility works for them.
