- Plan and coordinate inventory replenishment and stock transfers, managing logistics, allocations, and supply constraints to ensure product availability and optimise network performance.
- Optimise transfer frequency, source allocation and container utilisation for intercompany and cross-border movements to improve service and minimise freight and working capital impacts.
- Produce inventory forecasts and analyse inventory, service, freight and supply performance to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions for business decision-making.
- Maintain accurate inventory reporting, stock visibility, and ETA information, proactively communicating updates to ensure stakeholders have a clear and aligned view of inventory status and actions.
- Coordinate stocktakes and inventory reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and inventory variances, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and control.
