The Opportunity

We're seeking an IT SAP Business Analyst to play a key role in ensuring stable, reliable and effective SAP operations across the APAC region.

Reporting to the Applications & Data Analytics Manager, you will support our SAP ECC environment by resolving Level 2 incidents, analysing business needs, assisting with testing activities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, engaging with users and developing their SAP capability within a collaborative team.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap for APAC
  • Provide Level 2 SAP ECC support across core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PM, WM)
  • Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting and root-cause identification
  • Build strong relationships with business users, senior analysts, IT Business Partners and technical teams
  • Support requirements gathering, documentation, workshops and process reviews
  • Contribute to process mapping, gap analysis and evaluation of system impacts
  • Assist in preparing and executing test cases for enhancements, defects and release cycles
  • Maintain accurate documentation including functional specs, process flows and user guides
  • Support knowledge base development and change management activities
  • Identify recurring issues and propose opportunities for process or system improvement
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in SAP support, business analysis or IT application support
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC, particularly within the Sales & Distribution (SD) module, with a solid foundational understanding of core ECC modules and basic configuration concepts
  • Experience resolving user issues, gathering requirements and creating test cases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business language
  • Logical, methodical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Exposure to ITIL processes, ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and integrated business processes i.e. P2P, O2C, R2R, and HR/Payroll
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP cloud products is advantageous
