What you’ll do
  • Develop strategic and joint account plans with stores and distributors to drive long‑term growth
  • Engage small‑to‑medium builders directly to generate demand and feed qualified opportunities into the channel
  • Present high‑value product propositions, increasing adoption and conversion vs. alternative materials
  • Implement scalable marketing programs and in‑store activations to amplify brand presence
  • Train key stakeholders to improve their product knowledge and sales capability
  • Link end‑user demand with retail channel supply by leveraging marketing initiatives
  • Monitor performance, prepare proposals, and consistently achieve territory sales targets
What you’ll bring
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience with a strong track record in business development
  • Building industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to groups of builders and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple customers through the sales funnel and convert opportunities effectively
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and willingness to both provide and receive feedback
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is essential, Salesforce experience desirable
