  • Monitor site productivity and ensure project schedules and delivery targets are met

  • Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards

  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, plant, and site resources to support project execution

  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to site personnel

  • Support commissioning, testing, defect resolution, and project handover activities

  • Ensure all works comply with customer specifications, company procedures, and quality assurance requirements

  • Maintain accurate reporting, project documentation, and site records

  • Identify and proactively resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues

  • Contribute to project performance by balancing customer, commercial, and operational requirements

  • Champion a strong safety culture and lead by example in all site activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Essential

  • Mechanical Trade Qualification (HVAC/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) or Electrical Trade Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the commercial HVAC industry, ideally across installation, construction, retrofit, or project delivery environments

  • Construction White Card
