Responsibilities:
- Support our valued customers’ enquiries by proving exceptional customer service while identifying customer needs and working to solve them promptly.
- Manage installations and service call enquiries
- Strive to ensure all SLA’s are met in accordance with our existing contracts and customer expectations
- Inventory management, parts ordering for service jobs
- Sub-Contractor Management including follow ups, invoicing and general work flow
- Updating Mastermind with all contractual and customer information
- Creating jobs for warranty and service claims
- Creating quotations and purchase orders for service jobs
- Accurate data entry for all customer invoicing and job updates
- Interpretation and rectification of invoice issues; process reversals and credits where required
- Manage subcontractor payment process including all related data entry relating to input of costs
What we look for:
- Experience in a high volume, KPI driven, fast paced customer service or administrative role or even an ex-security technician who may want to move to a more office-based role.
- Team members who can pick up the phone and strive to solve whatever comes their way
- Customer centric, empathetic, patient and understanding demeanor.
- Preferred experience using Mastermind and Pronto
- High level of experience in MS Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively within a team and or independently
- Security License preferred
