About the Opportunity

These vacancies are based on Australian Defence Force bases in TAS. Due to the secure nature of these sites, successful applicants will be required to meet Defence clearance and compliance requirements. Just Focus prides itself on providing stable, long-term employment while working on well-managed, secure Defence facilities.
We are seeking qualified and experienced maintenance subcontractors to join our team across multiple Defence and facilities sites throughout TAS. These subcontractor opportunities offer consistent work across well-established sites.

Line Marking
Reseeding
Fertilisation
Aeration
Top Dressing
Key Responsibilities
(Duties will vary depending on role)
Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety and site procedures
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
Maintain accurate records and reporting
Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
Must be an Australian citizen
Australian Government Baseline Clearance or NV1 Clearance is highly desirable
Relevant trade qualification and demonstrated experience
Current TAS Driver’s Licence
Ability to pass Police Check & site clearances
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
Previous experience in Defence, remote, or facilities maintenance environments (highly regarded)
