We work closely with government and social housing providers to deliver reliable, timely, and compliant maintenance services.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join our team in Adelaide.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Carpenter who is willing and able to travel across the Western, Eastern, Southern, and Northern regions of Adelaide. This role primarily involves social housing responsive maintenance works, including urgent and priority repairs.

You will be required to participate in an on-call roster to attend P1 (priority one) call-outs as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and programmed carpentry maintenance works

• Carry out disability modifications

• Attend and complete P1 urgent call-outs as part of an on-call roster

• Work across social housing and residential properties

• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard of quality and safety

• Communicate effectively with tenants, supervisors, and office staff

• Manage tools, materials, and jobs independently

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade-qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry)

• Proven experience in social housing responsive maintenance works

• Ability and willingness to travel across Adelaide metro regions

• Availability to participate in an on-call roster

• Own tools, equipment, and reliable vehicle

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
