About the Role
We are seeking a Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead the team at Adelaide Railway Station. This internal opportunity is ideal for someone who’s ready to step up and grow their leadership experience within Keolis.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily station operations and frontline staff
- Ensure compliance with rail safety, WHS, and passenger transport regulations
- Coordinate staff rosters, equipment, and shift coverage
- Manage incidents, emergencies, and disruptions in collaboration with OCC and CISO
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and station presentation
- Oversee gate line activities and fare compliance
About You
To be considered, you must be a fully trained and competent Relief Adelaide Railway Station Supervisor.
- Proven experience in rail operations and customer service
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Good digital literacy and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of safety legislation and operational standards
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
