Join the team
We are seeking an innovative Marketing & Digital Performance Manager to join our progressive team. The role reports to the Head of Customer Data Strategy and Analytics and is responsible for establishing how marketing and online digital activity is analysed and reported.
You will lead a team of analysts who have built strong partnerships across the business and who will support you to design and deliver the measurement framework to ensure the effective management and optimisation of marketing/online activities.
You will be an exceptional communicator with a natural ability to proactively manage multiple cross functional stakeholders and influence decisions on our marketing spend.
What you’ll be doing

Optimising Kmart’s marketing spend, direct marketing and personalisation activities efforts to drive a greater return on investment and providing us with a more robust view our channel performance

Developing and implementing a framework, process and toolset for measuring and optimising marketing and online digital activity, across paid, owned and earned channels

Working closely with partners in technology and data to define the set of technical capabilities that are required and drive the requirements, phasing, and subsequent delivery of those technical capabilities

Working cross functionally and with external partners to ensure targets are defined for Campaigns and key Activities, and effective benchmarks established

Ensuring robust measurement plans are set up for digital media, social marketing, digital commerce, and retail/shopper marketing campaigns

Supporting the marketing teams in understand campaign results and driving optimisation decision making via a trusted partner relationship
To be successful in this team you will have:
-
Considerable experience in Marketing & Online CX measurement, across digital and non-digital channels

Experience in developing and managing measurement & optimisation frameworks

Experience with Marketing Data management platforms and tools (Google, Adobe etc)

Experience in the definition and use of 1st party customer data for marketing campaign execution and reporting

Expertise in Analytical modelling, including Mix Models and Attribution Models

Expertise in the measurement of personalisation use cases in digital channels

Extensive experience with structured & unstructured data

Strong cross functional stakeholder management and ability to influence decision making

Strong presentation, influencing and communication skills
