Let’s talk about the role
Motor and personal loans are a huge area of growth for Latitude Financial and our business is growing rapidly. This role will establish and maintain relationships with brokers to help grow our third-party distribution channel.
- Identify, develop, evaluate and pursue leads and opportunities to maintain a continuing pipeline of current and future prospects
- Build and strengthen relationships with brokers who distribute personal and motor loans.
- Establish territory plans and a CRM strategy which align to our growth objectives.
- Deliver presentations to third parties highlighting our products and capabilities.
- Support training and accreditation of new brokers.
- Commit to business goals/targets, driving results through collaboration and problem solving with our sales and support teams.
You will be supported by an energetic and high performing team, with ongoing training and encouragement and a manager who has a very high care factor for the team.
Who we’re after
Someone who is energetic, a self-starter and nothing is too much trouble attitude. You’ll be on the road, managing your own schedule/visits and driving relationships.
- Experience in senior B2B sales within the broking industry or similar will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of consumer finance, specifically personal loans and asset finance.
- Knowledge of credit underwriting practices in a fast-paced lending environment.
- Demonstrated success in new business sales in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving targets and deadlines.
- Ability to uncover customers problems and align back to our value proposition.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships with brokers and dealers. You’re a face to face communicator!
- You have an innate ability to consume and interpret data and insights to drive performance outcomes, which will lead to improved customer satisfaction and engagement.
