With growth at the forefront of our minds this exciting new opportunity is for an Executive Reward Lead to join our People and Culture team and help us to provide trusted advice, insights and solutions to optimise Latitude’s reward investment for our people.
This role will allow you to apply your expertise in a newly listed organisation when it comes to the design, implementation and ongoing management of executive remuneration and equity programs, polices and processes to meet both Latitude’s business and regulatory needs.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, this is a critical role and will involve you:
Playing a key role in developing and managing executive remuneration frameworks and employee equity plans
Building strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functional areas, as well as the People team
Contributing to the preparation of the Remuneration Report, as well as Board papers
Leading the development and review of company and business unit performance scorecards that affect executive remuneration
Leading the design, implementation and communication of Executive and employee share plans
Supporting the implementation and ongoing review of statutory remuneration governance and compliance requirements
Researching, providing advice and working with remuneration consultants to gain insights on remuneration and share plan market practices, trends and governance
Supporting the delivery of other general remuneration activities (e.g. annual reward review)
Who you are?
A track record in delivering executive remuneration solutions and equity plans within either a listed (ASX) organisation or management consultancy
An in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of remuneration (and Human Resources more broadly)
Expertise when it comes to regulatory, legislative and taxation requirements as they relate to executive remuneration and equity in an ASX listed company
Experience with design, implementation, operation and communication of a variety of share plans
Experience preparing Remuneration Reports, Board papers, and other corporate remuneration reporting
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build and maintain effective, collaborative relationships
An understanding of financial services is preferred, but not essential
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business related field
While this role is initially advertised as full-time, we are open to considering part-time (e.g. 3-4 days per week) for the right person with the required experience and skills.
