About the role
As a Laboratory Scientist, you’ll oversee the scientific aspects of standard work processes and output results in our Testing Laboratories. Taking responsibility for the training schedule within the laboratory, you’ll promote continuous education and conduct annual professional development sessions that are open to all our Production staff nationwide.
As the subject matter expert in immunohematology and/or virology, you’ll collaborate closely with our Testing staff to lead investigations into process deviations and contribute to Corrective and Preventive Actions initiated by our Scientific and Technical Services team. You’ll also lend your SME expertise to projects related to our Testing functions and actively participate in the review of outcomes from the quality assurance programs.

Availability to participate in on-call roster
Although the role needs you to work Mon-Friday, there might be occasional requirement to work on Sat/Sun(4 hours in morning).
