About the role
At Lifeblood, every role supports our life-saving mission, including the way we source the goods and services that make our work possible. We’re seeking a Procurement Governance Officer to provide administrative and transactional support to our Strategic Procurement team.
In this role, you’ll monitor shared inboxes, respond to queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers, generate reports from our Enterprise Resource Planning system, and help analyse procurement performance. You’ll also maintain accurate records and ensure documents are organised and up to date, supporting strong governance and compliance across procurement activities.
If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with systems and processes, and want your work to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and master data management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro and DocuSign (or similar), plus contract management systems
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to follow processes and monitor governance compliance
- Proven problem-solving skills, working effectively with internal teams and suppliers
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability
- Experience in procurement or supply chain environments, including contract management, governance, supplier setup, and distribution processes
This is a fixed-term, full-time position until July 2027 rotating between WFH and our Melbourne Processing Centre. Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.
