To deliver on Lion Australia’s strategic marketplace and workplace objectives, we are looking for a Supply Chain New Product Development Innovation Leader to join our team.
You will be part of venture teams as the Supply Chain representative to deliver our Innovation pipeline. These multi-function teams bring together people with functional expertise, excellent business acumen, strong project management skills, and the ability to break through conventional thinking and solve problems to be truly innovative.
Your key goals include:
- Delivery of NPD across our Australian Supply Chain network, from feasibility assessment through to delivery into market, in full, on time.
- Coordination of internal and external resources to deliver on our new product plans
- Facilitating value-adding partnerships across the wider Australian business, including functional Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Commercial, as well as Technical and
Quality, Procurement and Engineering, and many more to provide a coordinated Supply Chain view - Expertise in the disciplines required to sustain our NPD process.
To succeed in this role, you will bring your Supply Chain experience and demonstrated achievements in:
- Project Management and executional discipline
- Building strong trusting relationships
- Creative problem solving
- Use of analysis to drive great decision making
- Juggling multiple projects, achieving through tight deadlines, and working across a diverse range of stakeholders
