Do you want to be a part of a dynamic sales team which delivers the three way win for our customer, consumers and our business? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Victoria hybrid Key Account Manager. This role includes the management of existing key on premise groups as well as securing new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Field Sales Director, this role offers and exciting opportunity to manage and grow Victoria’s leading on prem groups. We’re looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder management skills and understands the nuances of current contract negotiations, while having the ability to be innovative and creative in their approach. Achieving through others is also integral to this role, to ensure we are achieving our portfolio strategy through these partnerships.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Effective promotional planning and trade spend management
- Implementing joint marketing initiative activities
- Driving manual sales volume/value/profit outcomes

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven sales experience and success in account management – preferably within the on premise market
