Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, this role provides administrative and project support across a range of people-focused programs that enhance the employee experience at VIDA Roads. Working collaboratively across the team and with staff at all levels, the role supports the delivery, coordination, and reporting of key organizational development and learning initiatives.

- Manage team inboxes and provide timely administrative support, including coordinating meetings and training sessions, maintaining records, and assisting in the delivery of people programs.
- Support the design and implementation of a range of people programs and initiatives including developing collateral, managing enquiries, and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Provide a high level of customer service, with emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate program logistics, such as registrations, scheduling, facilitator liaison, venue bookings, room setup and pack down, catering, and material preparation.
- Administer online platforms, including the Learning Management System, SharePoint hubs, and intranet content updates.
