Newly developed purpose built facility in Ballarat Join the team at Mercy Place, Ballarat prior to the opening later in the year Undertake handover tasks with current suppliers to establish a solid understanding of the landscape of the site Work with local team to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times for residents, visitors and staff. Conduct such tasks as identifying preventative maintenance needs of the facility and carrying out physical inspections of the workplace/site and report accordingly. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE
Trade based qualification or more than 3 years' experience in a commercial maintenance position. Current Victorian driver's license. Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards and regulatory maintenance frameworks relating to residential aged care. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
