About the Team
This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving growth? As an Account Manager at MYOB, you'll onboard new customers and drive revenue growth.

You'll work within our Customer Success & Expansion team, bringing to bear outstanding sales and success methodologies to help customers thrive. With a focus on achieving subscription targets, you’ll deliver tailored solutions, optimise processes, and contribute to improved retention and conversion rates.

What will keep you busy...

  • Drive retention through proactive and tactical customer engagement initiatives
  • Identify upsell opportunities to unlock revenue growth
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and achieve net stock targets
  • Work closely with the Product & Marketing teams to provide outstanding customer experiences
  • Implement adoption initiatives to improve customer use of MYOB products and services
  • Optimise processes to improve retention, conversion rates, and overall customer happiness
  • Leverage MYOB’s sales methodologies to meet or exceed performance goals
  • What we'd love to see from you...

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a SaaS or software environment
  • Strong background of exceeding sales or success targets through effective opportunity management
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage diverse collaborators
  • Customer-focused with the ability to drive success and deliver value-based solutions
  • Commercially savvy with resilience and adaptability in meaningful situations
  • Skilled at crafting positive relationships and crafting opportunities through external lead pools
