We’re a leading business management solution with a core purpose: helping more businesses in Australia and New Zealand start, survive and succeed.

At MYOB, we believe what’s good for one business is good for all business—and for all of us. Whether you support them, work for them, or dream of building your own, when businesses run smoothly, everybody feels it. Owners, employees, customers, suppliers—even families. That’s why we’re here: to give every person in business the tools they need to focus on what really matters and do Big Things—whatever big looks like for them.

And for you? Joining MYOB means being part of that impact. It means using your skills to help businesses thrive, shaping the future of work, and growing alongside the people and communities we support. Because while we’re the business of software, we’re really in the business of people. And that makes MYOB Everyone’s Business.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Channel Sales Manager (Industries) to recruit, grow and manage an elite group of partners aligned to our Enterprise strategy. You’ll be accountable for partner-sourced, influenced and fulfilled bookings across Enterprise customers with more than 50 employees, driving mutual growth and long-term relationships.

What you’ll do:
- Recruit, enable and manage a portfolio of Enterprise partners, ensuring they are equipped to drive opportunities and deliver against shared growth targets.
- Co‑sell with partners across Acquisition, Migration and Expansion to achieve bookings and site targets, building strong joint account plans and execution rhythms.
- Build effective, trusted relationships with partners and internal sales teams, connecting the right partners to the right opportunities and facilitating account collaboration.
- Support partners with qualifying leads, solution scoping, quoting and deal approvals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Collaborate with partners on territory planning, demand generation and joint marketing campaigns to create pipeline and uncover new business networks.
Maintain deep knowledge of the MYOB Enterprise product suite, competitor offerings and market trends, and provide feedback to Product Management and Development to influence roadmap and strategy.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in sales management or channel management, including at least 2+ years managing partners with a strong record of delivering against quota.
- Proven success building and managing a partner channel in a growth-oriented technology organisation, working closely with sales, channel, marketing and operations teams.
- Experience selling complex and/or technology solutions, ideally ERP or adjacent enterprise software; exposure to the MYOB Enterprise ERP product suite is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate partners to take action, generate results and build joint go‑to‑market plans that convert to pipeline and revenue.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills at senior levels, with the curiosity and capability to quickly learn new solutions and articulate the value delivered to customers.
- A commercial, collaborative mindset with the ability to identify and cultivate new business networks, stay across competitor releases, and continuously refine the partner strategy for growth.
