Social licence matters in everything we do. Our respect for people and the land lies in our history and long-term advocacy in promoting First Nations Australian participation and reconciliation, in our genuine care for the wellbeing of the people in our communities, and in our drive to build tomorrow’s energy infrastructure today.
Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is Nacap’s commitment to building strong, sustainable, thoughtful, and impactful RAP outcomes for the future. To support the delivery of our RAP, Nacap has an active 10 person Working Group with representation from across all sites and departments. The Working Group is responsible for delivering on our RAP commitments and creating buy-in from across the business.
