About the Role
We are on the hunt for go-getters with a passion for going above and beyond and all things’ customer service.
We are completely changing the way we service our customer and are seeking outstanding communicators to join our journey!
Working in a team of Customer Service Experts, you will be the single point of contact for all customer queries including home, mobile and entertainment products.
Both verbal and written communication skills are a must as we will assist our customers initially through voice; and, in the future through messaging. You’ll also be comfortable dealing with complex customer enquiries ensuring resolution and satisfaction on each customer interaction.
What we are looking for:
- Proven customer service experience preferably within a contact centre
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a proven ability to exercise initiative and apply critical thinking to solve complex problems
- A champion of working collaboratively and towards a common goal
- Sense of urgency with proven ability to prioritise tasks, allocating time and resources effectively to achieve best results
- Ability to work rotating shifts
To be Success for this role you will be available to work from:
- 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Sunday
- Work on a rotational roster, this will be provided minimum 1 months in advance
- Available to attend an assessment centre on Wednesday 12, and Thursday 13th February 2020
- Available to commence work on the 16th of March
