To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Expert Trainer. This position will lead and coordinate all onboarding and training activities for all Frontline roles at our Quaker Oats Manufacturing facility.

Details:

  • Location: Forrestfield, Western Australia
  • Permanent Full Time Position

Responsibilities

  • Drive a unified approach to frontline training and leadership development
  • Oversee the onboarding process for all new Manufacturing hires
  • Develop and track employee performance against training plans and development goals
  • Maintain and update site-based training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Partner with Frontline Managers to manage and optimize the site’s training budget
  • Lead and support Individual Placement and Support programs
  • Provide hands-on coaching, including machine adjustments, process optimization, and control monitoring to enhance efficiency
  • Willingness to work as a packing machine operator to cover any leave and ensure smooth operations
  • Undertake Authorised Officer inspections as required to ensure compliance

Qualifications

  • Experience in training, facilitation, or people leadership within a manufacturing or operational environment
  • Strong understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Food Safety principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and mentor employees effectively
