Our commitment to sleep and respiratory therapy started in 1985 and it is through Sleepeasy our Consultants have played a key role in providing superior hands-on service to ensure our patients receive the support they deserve.
An opportunity has become available to work in our Sleepeasy centres for a highly motivated individual with a strong sense of patient care to join our successful team. Working closely with patients to provide them with a superior level of support via the provision of Philips sleep and respiratory products and services, you will be someone who prides yourself on your outstanding patient care, clinical knowledge and strong consultative sales approach.
We are seeking an individual with strong customer focus who has the ability to take on challenges and ideally has experience as a CPAP Consultant or Sleep Technician who is keen to join Philips and build their career with us.
Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure national standards of patient care, compliance and documentation managed and implemented
- Develop business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and drive the success of each Sleepeasy within the territory
- Work closely with the Sleepeasy Business Manager
- Provide mobile Sleepeasy service (in specific cases)
- Liaise with referrers to ensure follow up and maintenance of patient care
- Ensure all administration for customer purchase is correct and accurate
- Ensure inventory rentals and trial equipment is accurately monitored and maintained
- Proactively contact the patient database and prospect for repeat business
To be considered, you will:
- Have demonstrated experience in working within a sleep or respiratory related role
- Possess a compassionate and highly professional approach towards working with patients
- Have experience in growing a patient base and an aptitude for customer servicing and sales
- Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Have a tertiary qualification in Health/Science (advantageous)
