As our new Project Assurance Senior Manager, you will:
Lead in delivering professional and highly valued technology advisory services to our clients.
Engage directly with clients, serving as both role model and trainer while demonstrating exceptional client service.
Identify, mitigate, and manage risks during all stages of projects while fostering a risk-aware culture among project teams.
Review delivery, governance and risk management of complex transformation programs. Including reviews of:
Ongoing system implementation.
Project health checks.
Project governance.
Traceability.
Project risk management.
System integration.
System testing.
Data migration.
Business change management.
Benefits management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring effective risk management practices are integrated throughout all projects.
Key attributes for success in this role include:
Having 6+ years’ experience in industry or professional services with excellent project management skills.
Knowledge of ISO31000:2018 - Risk Management Standard requirements; PMboK; MSP; Prince 2; System implementation methodologies including Agile, DevSecOps and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience interacting effectively with stakeholders fostering trusted relationships.
A track record of leading teams combined with proven business development skills.
