The Role
Partners with sales team to support the objectives of the team and business.
Delivers an excellent customer experience to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Acts as a point of contact for all contractor queries and proactively seeks solutions, escalating where appropriate.
Candidate Management
CV Formatting, job postings, booking candidate interviews and arrangement of company in
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Contractors, including (but not limited to) contract generation, background checks, employment visas applications/ renewals is accurately completed and filed accordingly
Handle incoming calls
Client Management
Support in Vendor Registration/RFPs
Client Invoicing & Reporting
Communicate with clients with relations to reporting/billing/quotation/invoicing inquires
Your Profile
2-3 years of CS / Sales Support / Administration
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Detail-minded, well-organised with problem solving ability & numerical sense and high accuracy
Previous experience with Salesforce would be beneficial
