Whatyou’lldo: 

Business Graduate 

As a Graduate Consultant,you’llwork closely with clients to understand their challenges,identifyimprovement opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions.  

• Planning and scoping project objectives  

• Conducting research and fieldwork to diagnose business issues  

• Documenting insights and forming recommendations  

• Preparing deliverables for clients 

To be eligible,you’llneed:  

• To havecompleted yourUniversitydegree within the last two years.

• Australian Citizenship(for security clearance purposes).

• Tobe located inCanberra or be willing torelocate.

• Availability tocommencefull-time work in February 2027.  

Desirable qualities:  

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

• A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges.  

• Prior work experience or internships in professional services or a related field.
