RAC Travel is currently seeking experienced Travel Consultants to join the team at our RAC Travel & Cruise Applecross Centre. This location in one of our busiest teams operating with both face to face and phone-based sales servicing our extensive WA membership base. This is a great opportunity for a sales focused individual to thrive and contribute to the success of the team.
What will you be doing?
You will be required to provide RAC members and customers with professional travel advice, sales and booking service by understanding RAC members and customers domestic and international travel needs whilst retaining a high level of customer service. Reporting to the Travel Supervisor this position is a permanent, full time opportunity. This branch operates Monday – Saturday (9.00am - 5.00pm).
What are we looking for in you?
- Extensive experience selling International Travel including Cruise Travel
- Well- travelled individual whose product and destination knowledge stands out
- Proven sales techniques and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using SAM and Sabre is desirable
- Organised, proactive and self- motivated individual
- A passion for travel
