We are seeking two innovative and creative Business Analysts to join our Business Transformation team within our Joondalup based Motoring Division to achieve business goals outlined in the business strategy.
What will you be doing?
Utilising your excellent relationship management at all levels, you will be working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
- Analysis and solution definition
- Making recommendations
- Process management and creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Project and stakeholder coordination
- Project execution
Along with the above you will facilitate meetings and training and implement change management initiatives. Reporting to the Projects & Analysis Manager, this position is a full-time maximum term contract opportunity until the end of November. Part-time opportunities may be considered.
What are we looking for?
To secure this role you will have previous experience in all facets of a business analyst role in a project, operational and business improvement environment. Your strong computer literacy, technical writing experience and verbal communication skills will afford every opportunity to succeed in this diverse and rewarding role.
Demonstrated experience building positive relationships along with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team is critical to the success of this role, as is the ability to confidently present and facilitate one on one meetings and group workshops. You will have experience using Microsoft Office (with a focus on Microsoft Excel at an advanced level) and Business Process Management software along with Lean Six Sigma techniques (desirable).
