Bank Capability Coach | Bank Capability | Full Time 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Edward Street
The Bank Capability Coach’s key focus is to support all teams within Bank to
build on current core skills and capabilities to better assist the RACQ bank members.
The role will work collaboratively with other key stakeholders to improve staff member capability and improve business performance, compliance and member experience through behavioural and skills coaching.
- Further develop bank team member skills sets through a multitude of coaching metrologies and frameworks.
- Focusing on developing and re-developing competency and capability frameworks.
- Using the GROW Coaching model and develop the ‘skill and the will’ with frontline member services staff to gain expertise in all Bank product offerings
- Identify skill deficiencies and develop Coaching Action Plan for skill improvement and provide analysis to Manager
- Provide feedback on staff for performance reviews and development planning
- Review and increase individual results by providing 1-1 coaching, conducting training sessions, developing outcome improvement resource, creating coaching procedures and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures
- Improve training effectiveness by sharing and developing new approaches and techniques with L&D, making support readily available and integrating support with routine job functions
- Identify best practice initiatives and share across the organisation for streamlined process and efficiency
- 3 years’ relevant training or coaching experience
- Certification IV in Training & Assessment
- Tier II qualification
- Bank system knowledge and coaching experience, ideally with Aperio coaching.
- Retail Banking or Financial Services Industry experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
