In this junior role, the Business Success Associate will work with and learn from an experienced Business Success Manager (BSM). It is a great opportunity to be mentored by a manager with years of experience in building and coaching technology partners.
Given the nature of the role, the position will require university level finance, accounting, tax, and compliance knowledge. Everything learned in an accounting university degree will be put to the test in a practical way to successfully design fit for purpose Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. Communications, sales and marketing skills are paramount as you learn to coach technology partners to build new and expanding business units.
Responsibilities include
- Learn. You must be prepared to absorb knowledge from your manager, team and business and supplement this with external business, communications and technology-based courses.
- At every opportunity, continue your education on business-empowering technology solutions. Be prepared to push technology borders in the pursuit of business value for your partners.
- Contribute and executes on strategies, including conducting training programs to enable new partners by building new practices that will increase their market reach and profitability.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams as well as other internal stakeholders to uncover new opportunities in market to both accelerate reach and drive recruitment for rhipe's channel.
- Contribute to the performance of partner recruitment in the territory and providing regular updates and insights on partner performance
- Work with your manager to drive the best partner experience through constant monitoring and improvement of the practice-building process.
- Work with Category Lead and team to create strategic plays through effective partner profiling, action planning and regular insights on the market.
- Contributes to net new business by supporting the qualifying and processing of leads received from various channels to build new practices.
- Keep up to date on certifications across all key vendors and core technologies.

- Ensuring the best partner experience possible for all accounts engaged in their product portfolio.
- Orchestrating teams and resources to ensure rhipe delivers differentiated value-add to partners interested in their portfolio of products.

Preferred Capabilities
- Past sales, marketing or communications experience

- Aptitude for learning new ERP software applications and committed to continuous learning
- Exposure or familiarity with any accounting products would be nice but not essential
- Basic financial acumen
- Preferred Degree in Accounting and Communication
