  • Monitor Business Unit performance, celebrate successes, and drive adjustments where needed

Collaborate across the matrix

  • Partner with the Franchise Head, Brand Leads, and MCO colleagues to optimise performance

  • Coordinate with Australian, South Korean, and global Specialty Care cross-functional teams (market access, regulatory, medical, and more) within Sanofi's matrix structure
  • As part of the Pharma ANZ Leadership Team, contribute to the success of the wider ANZ business with an enterprise-wide perspective

Lead and grow our people

  • Build an inclusive, high-trust team culture where everyone can contribute and grow
  • Attract, develop, and retain diverse talent, with regular feedback and quality Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for every team member
  • Support team members' wellbeing, engagement, and performance in line with local policies
  • Complete people leadership processes across the Business Unit
