Our eCommerce Channel Lead opportunity is an exciting and dynamic leadership role with an influential business-wide with the responsibility of advancing our Opella eCommerce offer and customer journey. Reporting directly into the Head of Commercial CHC, this role is responsible for leading and executing Opella Australia's eCommerce initiatives to achieve revenue, growth, market share and profitability targets.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, encompassing both omni-channel and pure-play approaches
Lead and mentor a team of 2 x Direct Reports to deliver eCommerce Market Share Growth as well as global, regional and ANZ commercial objectives
Actively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with e-commerce initiatives
Utilize your experience working with major retailers to establish strong partnerships and implement joint business planning for mutual success
Employ your shopper and trade marketing expertise to create compelling online shopping experiences that resonate with customers
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to capitalize on opportunities in the digital space
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and agency and customer teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize our offers
Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Build eCommerce capability and understanding throughout the organisation to ensure that we have a BiC eCommerce focussed business
Identify new channel opportunities in the E-Commerce, Last Mile delivery, Direct to Consumer Space (including CBEC ex China)
Lead the execution of the online RTM/ GTM Model including but not limitedto:distributor selection and management, delivery and executional standards following the ACES (Assortment, Content, Experience, Search) principles
P&L responsibility
Manage the top-to-top relationship with our key cross channel E-Commerce distributor partners across the ANZ region
Ensure all relevant SKU’s are fully distributed across all E-commerce channels/ retailers
About You
Experience:
At least 5 x years Business Experience in a previous Sales capacity with minimum 2 x years’ experience working in eCommerce, marketing or trade marketing within a global Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Retail Industry
Proven customer leadership and negotiation background with key online retailers
Soft and Technical skills:
Technical eCommerce and digital knowledge is a must
High level of cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
Strong Financial and analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
Customer-oriented and excellent inter-personal skills
