Great opportunity for a solutions focused Sales Manager with an understanding of Aged Care to join the MPS team.

The Company

MPS Connect has more than 20 years’ experience in medication management. Today, we specialise in providing total medication management solutions to the aged care industry in two ways. The first is our MPS Medica medication management software that connects GPs to pharmacists to aged care facilities, their care staff and residents. It saves time, minimises documentation and reduces preventable medications incidents.

Tis role can be based out of Eight Mile Plains in QLD, Kemps creek in NSW, or Clayton in VIC.

The Opportunity

Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the MPS Aged Care Manager , the Sales Manager- Aged Care is responsible for business planning, growth and sales strategies of enterprise Aged Care accounts. Key to this is creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers that produce business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and building key stakeholder relationships and influencer networks within all relevant aged care segments, leveraging these to drive new business growth;
  • Responsible for overall account management planning, including uncovering large complex organisation’s long term strategic plan and converting this to a winning solution for the customer;
  • Develop tender strategies for each identified enterprise account and support with a detailed winning plan.
  • Ensure effective budget setting, forecasting and sales progression analysis
  • Actively seek new sales leads by participating in trade shows, exhibitions and networking with local associations to promote all MPS products and services.

We are looking for:

  • Relevant experience including Healthcare or Aged Care, (Software experience highly desirable);
  • Effectiveness at sourcing insights to develop impactful plans and implementing with measures that demonstrate desired outcomes;
  • Product and Service knowledge of MPS systems;
  • Well-developed understanding of Aged Care sector;
  • High customer orientation – establishment and maintenance of effective relationships with customers, internally and externally that produce business outcomes
