The Opportunity

Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Dispensary Operations Manager, the role of the Dispensary Operations Specialist is to ensure clinical and professional guidance in all related programs and services, as well as driving the performance measurement and reporting of health and dispensary services Programs.

Please note, this role can be based out of Clayton VIC or Berrinba QLD.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support the development of health and dispensary services programs, including the iteration of existing programs and new initiatives
• Ensure a culture of continuous improvement in existing programs through performance measurement and competency assessment processes
• Work with Organisational Development and Franchise Learning Team to assist in the successful development and delivery of pharmacy learning and development tools for pharmacy and Sigma team members
• Collaborate with Sigma Teams to provide clinical guidance as required, including review of marketing and merchandising initiatives

We are looking for:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, with extensive industry experience including retail pharmacy
• Retail pharmacy leadership skillset, and an understanding of the nuances within the industry
• Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to present to a broad audience
• SME in your field to ensure clinical and professional guidance in all related programs
