The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Head of Merchandise & Marketing, the Marketing Manager has overall responsibility of setting a clear strategic vision, delivering strong insights-led brand and marketing strategies designed to reach various business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Setting a clear strategic vision, delivering strong insights-led brand and marketing strategies designed to reach various business objectives, inclusive of both brand-building and commercial sales-driving initiatives
- Accountable for brand partnerships to build mutually beneficial outcomes, commercial partnership programs and activations
- This leadership role interacts with several internal and external stakeholders, imperative to your success will be your ability to influence key stakeholders and build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Working ahead in the future, leading the 3-5-year strategic marketing plan aligned to retail strategy and leading the team that delivers the implementation of the 1-3-year marketing strategy and plan.
- Own the relationship with the agency and supplier partners to deliver effective and efficient business outcomes.
We are looking for:
- Wide-ranging experience of the major marketing disciplines: insights, brand & portfolio architecture, brand strategy, short- and long-term brand planning, portfolio strategy & management, major brand communications, media strategy and planning, digital platforms & analytics.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L budget management, coupled with B2B and B2C experience
- A change agent that is motivated by delivering result
- Track record of developing and coaching talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic approach
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship builder with all levels in the business and agency partners
