The Company
MPS Connect has more than 20 years’ experience in medication management. Today, we specialise in providing total medication management solutions to the aged care industry in two ways. The first is our MPS Medica medication management software that connects GPs to pharmacists to aged care facilities, their care staff and residents. It saves time, minimises documentation and reduces preventable medications incidents.
The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Site Manager, the Shift Supervisor will provide our customers with a reliable service experience in line with our service standards with a focus on continued improvement.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily production activities
- Measure and report the effectiveness of production activities and team members performance
- Overseeing and implementing training plans & schedules
- Lead a team responsible for delivering agreed outputs within tight turnaround timeframes and with a focus of achieving high levels of accuracy in the areas of packing, QC, waste management, customer needs.
- Meeting strict DIF & DOT timelines
- Engage team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Strictly enforce standard operating procedures and work instructions, including Health & Safety, quality control, ensuring all team members adhere to the preferred methods of performing their work
We are looking for:
- Flexible with working hours as required by business needs
- Sound computer skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills (would be an advantage)
- Sound understanding of TGA compliance
- Sound understanding of GMP
- Sound understanding of production systems like TPS
- Experience in working with a production team environment.
- Experience in continuous improvement processes
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills
- Highly developed attention to detail skills
