About the opportunity
As a Key Account Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement within our 3PL/wholesale function, aiming to increase revenue and reduce costs. Reporting directly to the Public Health Contracts Manager, you will support key stakeholders in the end-to-end supply chain by coordinating performance and profitability reviews and driving business growth.
This role will require the successful applicant to possess a full driver’s licence. Minimal domestic travel is expected.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders through the contract lifecycle, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Facilitate the design, development, and execution of solutions for customers.
- Chair and manage meetings, creating and maintaining necessary documentation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Act as a liaison between Sigma Healthcare and its customers, report on business performance to internal and external stakeholders, and manage and develop relationships with suppliers.
- Prepare and deliver management sales and operations reports.
- Develop annual KPIs and ensure timely entry into our systems.
- Foster teamwork and display Sigma Healthcare’s values.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is customer-centric and a strong collaborator, who works calmly under pressure; an analytical, systematic professional with a willingness to grow and develop within their role.
Education/Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business or similar, with experience operating in a similar role.
Required skills: Resource coordination, task and meeting management, communication, interpersonal, organisational, planning, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. A proven ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage stakeholder engagement.
Desirable experience: Coordinating projects/tenders, financial acumen, understanding of business processes, ERP systems (particularly SAP S4 HANA), BI/Power BI/reporting solutions, managing budgets and projects, and strong team management skills.

- Infrequent domestic travel may be required.
